All our motel rooms have new carpets & paint (Dec 2007), fully renovated (Dec 2006) or built new in 2005. Bavarian Motel Invercargill Qualmark Assessed 4 1/2 Star accommodation offers a range of facilities to all guests, providing you with a complete home-away-from-home. We offer 1 and 2-bedroom motel apartments which are warm, spacious and fully equipped and guest-only laundry.

One Bedroom unit - Queensize bed - Shower- Kitchen with oven, microwave oven, tea & coffee, toaster- TV DVD player, SKY Decoder 40+ channels, self contained & serviced daily. Tariff 1-2 persons $115 - $135.
Superior Rooms
One Bedroom unit - Queensize bed - LCD Screen in bedroom - large wet floor shower room - new kitchen with oven, microwave oven, tea & coffee, toaster - TV DVD player, SKY Decoder 40+ channels, self contained & serviced daily. Tariff 1-2 persons $120 - $140.
Executive Rooms
One Bedroom unit - Queensize bed - TV in bedroom - large wet floor shower room or shower over bath - kitchenette, microwave oven, tea & coffee, toaster - Workstation with wired broadband internet - TV DVD player, SKY Decoder 40+ channels - underfloor heating - self contained & serviced daily. Tariff 1-2 persons $125 - $155.
Family Room
Two bedroom unit - Queensize bed & Single beds - shower over bath - new kitchen with oven, microwave oven, tea & coffee, toaster - TV DVD player, SKY Decoder 40+ channels - self contained & serviced daily. Tariff 1-2 persons $135 - $185.
Extra persons:- $20 Adult or Child per person per night.
